pkr33 is required to implement robust identity verification procedures. You agree to provide, upon request and without undue delay, copies of acceptable identification documents including but not limited to your Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or Passport. pkr33 reserves the right to suspend account activity, including deposit and withdrawal processing, pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documents to pkr33 constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities. pkr33 operates in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards under its international licensing framework.
pkr33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) exclusively through the following approved methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. pkr33 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, third-party payments, or transfers from accounts not registered in your verified name.
All deposits are credited to your pkr33 account balance in Pakistani Rupees. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed in the cashier section at the time of the transaction. pkr33 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method and account registered under your verified name used for the most recent deposit, unless support has approved an alternative arrangement. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. pkr33 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending security checks or KYC completion.
pkr33 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or recall any deposit or withdrawal at its sole discretion where it suspects fraudulent activity, AML concerns, or breach of these Terms.
All bets and wagers placed on pkr33 are subject to these Terms and to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the Platform. pkr33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault, or in breach of these Terms. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, pkr33's decision shall be final.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on pkr33 and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. pkr33 reserves the right to impose individual account stake limits at its sole discretion without prior notice.

You may close your pkr33 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and after deduction of any applicable bonus wagering obligations.
pkr33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice where pkr33 reasonably suspects: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; provision of false identity information; or where required to do so by law or regulatory direction. In the event of termination for breach, pkr33 may forfeit the account balance at its discretion.
The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by pkr33 is governed by the pkr33 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of pkr33 shall be governed by the laws under which pkr33 holds its international gaming licence.
